Participant Registration Fee: USD850

An Early Bird rate of USD750 is available for all registrations made before April 15, 2009.

The registration fee includes: all conference activities; the opening reception and cocktail party, Thursday, 9 July; lunch and coffee breaks on Friday, 10 July; lunch, coffee breaks and the closing dinner and celebration on Saturday, 11 July; and coffee Sunday, 12 July.
